Dvořák's Mass in D Major, Op. 86
With his own little known version of the sung text. Presenting Dvořák’s own distinctive version of the sung text, which is found in all his original manuscripts but not in any of the commonly-used editions.
Cello Concerto in B. Minor, Op. 104
Dvořák’s cello concerto in B minor is the most often performed cello concerto in the world.
Korean-American solo cellist, Robert Choi, presents his very own rendition of this masterpiece, bringing it to life with his diverse and profound interpretation.
"This performance of the Mass in D was one of the best of the many, many I have heard—perhaps the very best of Dvořák’s last version, with large choir and orchestral accompaniment.”
Dr. David Beveridge, International renowned Dvořák scholar, Co-author of Rethinking Dvořák: Views from Five Countries by Oxford University Press
